The brunch experience was fantastic! I ordered the Coras breakfast which came with roasted eggs, bacon, toast, and potatoes. It was a simple breakfast but very well prepared and exactly what I was hoping for. My husband really enjoyed his Eggs Walter and the pancake he ordered on the side. They forgot to bring the maple syrup with his meal, but once we mentioned it to our server, they quickly brought it out. My husband mentioned that it really enhanced the flavor of his meal, especially when drizzled on the potatoes. Our favorite items were the sweet potato waffles and the blush mimosa. I was initially unsure about the waffles as I usually prefer traditional ones, but I'm so glad we tried them. They were creamy and flavorful with a unique twist from the sweet potatoes. The blush mimosa was also a standout with a hint of pineapple and grenadine. We had to resist the temptation to have more than two drinks!

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and attentive! They went above and beyond to follow my instructions for a surprise birthday celebration for my husband, with genuine courtesy. We absolutely love this place, including the hotel.
