Hard Rock Casino Biloxi

I had a wonderful experience here at the Hard Rock. My room was on the 11th floor, and it was clean and very refreshing. I will definitely recommend staying here

Covid is long over please reopen the buffet and clean the pool. Algae growth in pool is unacceptable. Food court employees are all attitude and unwelcoming. Otherwise the rest of Hard Rock Biloxi gets

The Hard Rock is very relaxing. Always a nice place to visit with nice, courteous staff and very good atmosphere.

We stayed in the Royal Tower. Need to try other Tower.

This was our first time staying in a Hard Rock Hotel and we were pretty excited at first. Our enthusiasm was then met with a very demotivated staff at check-in. Anyways, the room was pretty cool other than our view facing directly at some ventilation ducts and the overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the pool area is decent. The reason for our bad review is because of the casino employee Stormi. She seemed like she hated her job, was very unhelpful and even disrespectful when she mimicked and made fun of us all while showing a very bad attitude. This ruined our casino experience. The overall experience was still alright but given the price, we would definitely think twice about coming back.
