Ruth's Chris Steak House - Biloxi

Sad to say the service was horrible. Our server was excellent to EVERY table EXCEPT ours. Very inattentive walking past us like we were not there we had to flag him down for everything. Didn’t smile until we brought it up but with the other tables they had drinks refilled, laughs, conversation, a delightful experience. The only different in my table and the others were the color of our skin. I hate that racism exist but the service we experienced here at Ruth Chris Hard Rock was horrible and very racist. If you are a person of color please do not patronize in this establishment from the server TJ down to to the manager hieu that “helped” with the situation. Lord bless the heart of the wicked.

Lisa is top notch! She is kind, down to earth, personable and a GREAT server. She is attentive and relatable. She knows her menu and makes suggestions. We have not been to Ruth Chris in years and it has not failed us. Still everything we remembered. Happy to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. Everyone congratulated us and made it special. One of the best Ruths locations. Michael the manager, Lacey our server, and a HUGE shoutout to the server assistant Justin. Justin made some top-notch recommendations and was very friendly. I hope to see him as a server one day, he is that great. Everyone at this location is very accommodating and customer service eccentric. Shout out to everyone who works hard at this location. Ohh and the tomahawk ribeye is hands-down the best on the menu! We will be back soon, Yall Rock!

Our waiter Justin was excellent! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Ruth's Chris in Biloxi, and he made us feel so welcome and went over and beyond to make sure our experience was memorable! Thanks so much Justin, we will definitely be back to see you!

My first finer dining experience, it was a great one! The server was nice did a great job! We ordered the rosé, which was delicious, along with the Ruth’s Special, as our meal. It included a salad(house or caesar , a 6oz steak, 3 shrimp, a side(creamed spinach or garlic mashed potatoes a cheesecake dessert. Everything was scrumptious! We spent a little over $200 after tip, so be prepared when going, but we loved our meal the experience!
