We visited sal mookies for a late lunch and dinner at the mardi gras. we went up the outside stairs to the dining room, where orders are placed at the counter. drinks are served at the fountain and the food is delivered to the tables of the diner. the room is quite large and exterior seats are available. parking is available on the property of the restaurant. our party enjoyed pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. a patron asked me about the quality of the meat balls. I replied that although qualitatiw high quality meat is rarely found in meatballs, these are among the better. we are pleased that we have found sal mookies for a pleasant meal.
Has been a couple of years since last visited. Surprised to find there is no table service anymore. You place your order then go find a table. Your food is delivered to you and you get your own drinks from the soda machine. Not happy with this change. Expected to be seated and have table service as in the past. On the positive side, the pizza was delicious. The menu (on the wall), is not as extensive as before but this is a pizza place and that is their specialty. Definitely worth many more visits.
Great food and great service! Thank you for Chey for taking such good care of the Nawic Ms Gulf Coast chapter and our guests at our Women In Construction celebration with Moore Community House. Dwayne, you and your staff were amazing!
While in Biloxi we saw this restaurant we all decided we would give it a try. We like to consider ourselves pizza snobs. We are not a fan of fast food /chain pizzas. My daughter (15) got the Margherita pizza, my husband got the Rajun Cajun, my son got the 4 cheese, and I got the Rikers Island. The quality of pizza was amazing, and the service was outstanding. This place is definitely a must do again.
