The Roasted Bean - Biloxi

The roasted Bean was literally the only place that was open daily during our stay. The coffee was great. The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff were top-notch. They have sandwiches and ice cream too.

Coffee doesn't even taste like coffee. It's AWFUL. So is the hot tea. Need a Starbucks, Dunkins, McDonald's etc... or even Waffle house. The restaurant coffee is much better than roasted bean at the Beau.

The frozen coffee with caramel was AMAZING! You can taste the coffee, and the caramel addition does not mask the flavor of the roast. We also got the hot lattes (one regular and one with caramel) and they were fantastic! I would not recommend, however, purchasing the teas, as they are not brewed in-house, just tea bags and hot water. The price is less than that of a Starbucks, and the quality is MUCH better. I wish this was a chain and not specifically confined to the MGM Casinos.

The Roasted Bean is the absolute best!! Their customer service is amazing. They great you when you come in the door and overall they make sure you have a great stay. Those same girls I see behind the counter are just lovely and always have smiles on theyre faces despite the rude customers they have to deal with which is completely unnecessary considering the fact that they’re adults. They made me feel at home. I look forward to visiting again!!! :DP.S. That one girl makes the absolute best banana splits I always ask for her!!

The taller girl working tonight was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She went out of her way to be rude to multiple customers, not just us. We wouldn't have even noticed if she would have just ignored everyone. She obviously hated life and hated the world. We just wanted a quick ice cream after gambling, but we'll skip this shop from now on. She let it be known that customers are a huge inconvenience for her, so helping her earn a paycheck is now a huge inconvenience for me. She had the personality of an angry hornet. I tried to get her name, but I was scared of her.
