The preparation and reception that we received on our arrival for our anniversary dinner were wonderful. The food was exquisite, and Paula made absolute delicious recommendations. She was so attentive and pleasant. Thank you all for a delightful evening.
French onion soup is very good. Prime rib was just a little under cooked for me prefer a pink but not red version and the center was red. Nor able to use the Au Jus as it has mushrooms and have a food allergy so had to use a creamy horseradish which was tasty. Ordered apple crisp for dessert but was not told they were out of the vanilla ice cream that comes with it. Would of chosen the cheesecake had I known. Great view and service from Steven was top notch.
Excellent! My wife and I are regular fine dinning eater 's out. The server, pre servers, etc. was so well balanced it was kind of like a symphony I love classical music. You can 't beat the food here. We have eaten here several times over the years. In all those years I have not even one time been disappointed. In addition, the place is probably the most accommodating of any restaurant I can think of. My wife was a little chilly and, by golly, they made it happen. The only negative thing was there was no valet available and we had to park in the parking garage for the hotel stay. The excuse was that they just can 't find the help. But I can 't hold that against the restaurant. You would think the Imperial Palace could accommodate their guests better. We will probably never stay at the hotel again, but always will make reservations at 32. For the record, my wife 's father owned the property the IP was built on. She was born and raised in Biloxi.
I brought my parents here for their anniversary. We had a great dinner with the breads, the escargot, and the meal. We werent expecting dessert because we were so full with the other food, but they brought us an excellent crème brûlée Staff really took care of us and I am grateful. There were two negatives that need to be addressed. The elevator situation at IP is a disaster and causes overcrowded elevators getting to and from to the 32nd floor where the restaurant is located. The other was small children screaming in the restaurant which I didn't expect in an upscale steakhouse. Fix those problems and it's easily 5 stars.
