For me, this is the equivalent of having 'The Hard Sell ' by retail! IKEA type convoluted layout, which means you have to, more or less, go around everything to get to what you want to see! Some really nice merchandise, and some it reasonably priced. Tried to get a baked potato in the hanger of a restaurant but was met with 30 mins delay minimum (this after my wife 's 'Afternoon Tea ' event proved to be a real disappointment due to having to leave due to it being ~60 minutes late on a previous recent visit). This is the sort of place I would try and avoid! BUT............ All staff were helpful and pleasant. AND......... My wife and adult daughters absolutely love it. So it 's not bad, just not particularly for me!

Had afternoon tea yesterday as a big group celebrating a 70th birthday. Being coeliac I did wonder what I would be given but was pleasantly surprised and didn’t feel disadvantaged at all. Jess Godfrey did a great job of welcoming us all and ensuring all those with food allergies were catered for. Thank you for a great afternoon.

With all the Grandkids was a first class Soft Play Centre, wonderful cake and coffee, friendly staff, great facilities.

The disabled toilet had a wet sticky floor with toilet rolls over it. Went into the restaurant and was told it was a 40 minute wait for 3 coffees!! The shopping and service at the checkout was really good though
