Subway - Binghamton

I was really disappointed with my experience. I received the wrong order and had to go back to the restaurant. The staff member I spoke to didn’t hand over my bag of food, didn’t apologize for the mistake, and didn’t even make eye contact. It was a terrible service experience.

The restaurant does not take part in nationwide promotions. However, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was very polite and did a wonderful job! The venue was beautiful and clean!

Generally, you know what to expect at a Subway, so there's not much to say. This one, though, has staff who go above and beyond in customer service. If you want a good sub and to be treated very well, go here.

My sub was a mess and the lights in their restaurant hang directly over your chair so that you hit your head when you stand up.
