We chose to use Welsh Restaurant Equipment for our commercial project in Roscoe, NY. Chris and his team were great to work with. We ordered and received a beautiful commercial kitchen hood from Welsh.We found Welsh Restaurant Equipment through an online search for restaurant equipment suppliers close to our area. On site they were professional- they worked efficiently and the space was cleaned up well before they left. The hood was installed carefully-no scrapes or dents here.Chris and his team were responsive, accommodating and hard working. Overall, we were really happy with their customer service experience, timeline, and cost of services. We are pleased with the job done and feel confident that we hired the right team to complete the project.We would recommend their services to others.

Amazing. Above and beyond service in a time where service seems to be suffering everywhere. I had a refrigeration unit die on me. Made 12 calls to find a replacement ASAP. Chris was on it quicker than anyone and seemed to actually care about getting me the equipment I needed WHEN I needed it. If it weren't for the holiday I would have had the unit in two days. Short distance delivery company would have held the unit another week. Chris took the time to pick the unit up and deliver it on the day I truly needed it AND helped bring it inside, all while recovering from knee surgery! I know where I'll be buying my equipment from, from now on! If you're smart, you will too!

This company service was definitely 5 star for me! John got some old kitchen appliances back in good working order and I found it so helpful to have him teaching me about how they work. This is by far the best local equipment place with in 35 miles. No games no b.s. right to the point done the right way. We have done a lot of business with welsh could not be more satisfied. They are part of the few that still actually care about their customers. If You need equipment fixed bam they are on it quickly. Also if you need to buy or sell equipment same thing they our quick fair. We will do businesses with them as long as they exist.
