We visited The Sycamore today for my husband 's birthday/Father 's Day 5 adults and a 2 Yr old. The food was absolutely lovely and the staff were very attentive, the chef even boxed up the remains of my ham hock that I couldn 't eat to take home! The whole afternoon was very pleasant and the staff even sang 'Happy Birthday '! Would highly recommend and we will be back, thank you Liz Baxby
Lovely decor made you feel welcome as soon as you walked in. Staff very attentive, Food was wonderful lamb cooked to perfection with real pan roast gravy. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
Stopped over in the car park with the motorhome, friendly staff, nice meal, the peppercorn pork was really nice!!, and the treacle sponge pudding . Good info' in leaflet printed by the pub of three circular walks from the pub, easy moderate and hard, well written directions, so we will be back to complete them all . Only one very nice local real ale brew on (see pics) as the Dark mild ran off that afternoon .
