Costa Coffee - Birchington

During my holiday in Canada, I took a lovely walk from Westgate-on-Sea to Birchington along the promenade. It was a beautiful experience, and I enjoyed a delicious coffee at Costa, where the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The staff here are very helpful and cheerful. As a disabled person, I appreciated that they brought our drinks and food to our table. The atmosphere might be a bit understated, but that in no way reflects on the dedication of the staff who worked that day. They truly made an effort to ensure that all customers were happy.

The young lady kindly prepared an additional coffee for our flat white as it was a bit weak. The celestial sponge cake was delicious. Overall, the service was excellent. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great black forest hot chocolate. Staff really friendly and helpful

Cafe was clean and tidy, my hot chocolate was made perfectly. What really impressed me was the toilets, very clean and smelt lovely. Well done Costa Birchington.
