Buffalo Wild Wings - Birmingham

Placed an order through postmates and my driver kept switching. It was close to closing by the time the 5th driver came through and she told me to contact the store. I did and a female told me that my driver could come pick up my order and confirmed that it was there. I gave her the approximate arrival time of my driver. The driver then calls and tells me the staff said my order wasn't there a few minutes later! I called and a guy answered and said that it wasn't there and something about it switched to another guy. I asked him to explain and he put a manager on the phone. The manager never came to the phone and just hung up. I've been at work all day. My kids were just settled in. I'm tired and hungry. Never will I ever return to this location for that reason because all you had to say was the order wasn't there. The manager and the staff that closed on October 13, 2023 are awful. Customer service is trash.

I recently went to Buffalo wild wings in Trussville, Alabama my brother and I ordered 30 wings and sides with 2 drinks . We didn't eat the whole 30 but we boxed up several wings we had and took with us . Later that afternoon till late last night we almost finished them off . Then we got sick on our stomach and threw them up. I called the restaurant the next day , spoke to the manager and he was very argumentative . He suggested i didn't warm the wings properly or I may have had them sitting out to long which was neither! They were put in the refrigerator and warmed as needed . This fella was so defensive it was unreal. No we didn't go to the ER because after it was thrown up we were fine . While on the phone with this manager he confirmed my meal where we sitting and the receipt from the credit card .That was the only thing we had beside onion rings fries that came from there as well. I will never go back to this location. I call to let them know what happened. I didn't ask for refund or a free meal absolutely nothing and was treat horribly over the phone
