Burger King - Birmingham

Not sure why this burger king has faster service and fresher food than most the others, but it always seems to be this way. Great job

I ordered an impossible whopper but got a regular whopper instead! There were at least four reps, and I was the only customer! Not sure how they messed up the order! When I came home, I did not feel like driving back 10 mins to change the burger; hence, I throwed away the whopper!

I waited in the drive-thru line and when I finally reached the window to place my order, the cashier made a big deal because I only had a fifty-dollar bill. Despite explaining multiple times that it was all I had, she made no effort to accommodate me. I ended up leaving without any food after driving there and waiting in the drive-thru line. If the store doesn't accept cash, they should make it clear and not waste people's time.

Everything was wonderful about this particular store. Friendly staff, lobby clean and fast service.

They did amazing job with our order. Everything was cooked right. The staff were friendly, fast and very professional. Will recommend them to my friends and family!
