Carrabba's Italian Grill Birmingham

I'm going to start off with the reason for only 4 stars and not 5. It was Saturday night and our wait was an hour, we waited an hour and a half for two people. While waiting to be seated I over heard the hostess saying they had tables but noone was cleaning them. I also observed servers carrying out food by waiting customers coughing right over the food that was carried out. After being sat it took 17 minutes to even get a glass of water. From that point on the service was good. Now to the food, the bread and olive oil was amazing. We had appetizers, meatballs and stuffed mushrooms they were great. The Salad was good but for an Italian salad I only had two olives. The vegetable soup shown in the picture was very sparse on vegetables. Our dinner entrees were wonderful. Overall an ok experience, but a few things could use some work. It would have been nice if a manager made casual stops at the tables.

My mother and I ate here today after a very long appointment at UAB. Our waitress was Drew and he was by far the B E S T waitress we have ever had or seen! He?s amazing! 10/10 for drew FOR SURE! I had the worst anxiety ever especially when it comes to the food I eat. Drew gave my mother and I a lot of great opinions! Was very patient kind? The food was fabulous! 9/10 for the dinner we had ??

Super delicious dinner tonight! Our server (I believe her name is Ebony) was perfect?.always kept our drinks filled and checked to make sure we didn?t need anything extra! I had the rigatoni martino and my husband had chicken marsala. We got there at the right time for a Saturday, a little after 4 pm.

Sometimes it?s okay to give a five rating. I haven?t been to Carrabba?s in a while, but every time I go I get that five star service. The food always looks like it came out of a luxury cuisine magazine. Literally, I took these photos with no filters. Just look below. Hiawatha was my server and she did a great job. Consistently good no matter which location you visit. This particular visit was great as usual, but they were out of a few menu items we wanted to order, so I?m giving four stars. My menu recommendations- Italian old fashioned and Pollo Rosa Maria. The Pollo is my ?go-to? dish- it has several delicious flavors just bursting out and the sauce is scratch made. Give it a try!
