Contribuisci feedbackI'm just giving a three because my daughter had so much fun at her first visit and the cleanliness of the opposite. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service experience when we first came from janyl there. she was very rude and acting as if she had not liked her job, but as a worker went up, smiled and laughed, but then she turned around with an rude attitude to us. she wasn't very helpful. I downloaded the app before going and when I asked about the 500 ticket rewards, she told me that it no longer works. then I asked another employee and she assured me that it worked. I guess janyl didn't want to take the time she had to spend with her customers to spend the extra tickets. after leaving, we were not even checked child! that is, in my opinion, a major security problem. the creation of their frontend workers should be positiw if they do not want to wait for customers, then they must be in the back.
The personal has made a fabulous job when we had my grand birthday party. the lady that was assigned to our table was spectacular. she was worth knowing about our birthday package and everything went very well. the food was good and my four-year-old enkel had an explosion. they make it big for the birthday boy! I would definitely recommend the party of her child on chuck e. cheese!
I would have given the place a star, but woman cat went over and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. she worked the register, check-in, parties and kitchen while continuing to check on customers to make sure they were happy. without her, this place would be a hustle! I hope someone can see what he did in this guy. I saw others in uniform when they did nothing. they stood by and watched them all. they were all young and woman cat didn't slow down her age. she is the only reason we would come back. I made sure to ask her name before we left, and I hope that her company management recognizes what a jewel they have in her and ensures that she gets a real recognition.
Almost all the games are down and they do not tell you before you pay I will not be back here I’ll go to hunstsville
Not sure if understaffed or what but service was terrible . It took 15-20 minutes atleast for a employee to show up to put in a order and purchase game card . We were the only ones in line at that time as employees came out and walked by totally ignoring customers standing at register. The kids enjoyed themselves until around 2 pm. when the business got busy and very crowded with older children taking ball's out of the games people were trying to play and throwing them back and forth as well as lots of kids unsupervised trying to cut in front of customers who were paying to play the games. Absolute chaos !!!!! Sadly people do not watch their children and employees ignore all the craziness going on . Definitely needs working employees to pay attention to the customers and the employees need to step in to stop unsupervised children from being destructive and running over the smaller kids .
