Dunkin' - Birmingham

Excellent dunkin. lady worked super nice. a little expensive, but that's okay. the cold foam cold brew cache was a part of the best coffee I ever had.

I typically have a bad experience at this Dunkin' Donuts, but today was different. I had a particularly tough day, and Henne was working at the counter. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit a pleasant one. Because of her, I will definitely come back. I hope someone acknowledges her talents and gives her a raise or promotion, as she is the only person here who treated me with respect as a customer.

This morning the staff was amazing. we had a very large order this morning (7 dozen) for one and not only did they take care of us quickly, they informed us that we could call up to get it ready. they were so nice and helpful. it was very appreciated!

I visited this restaurant early on a Sunday morning for breakfast, and it's one of the few places open in the city if you're unfamiliar with the area. The staff was great and provided fast service, and the location allowed us to enjoy the city atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Birmingham again!

In my experience the foods are always rough, but the workers are cool and the drinks are great!
