Eating itself was good, but unfortunately their customer service was clearly lacking. I placed a delivery order during the peak meal and after an hour the app said that my food was delivered, although it was not in my possession. I called the store to get an update and to make sure it was still on it? I'm driving. The employee who answered the phone (Gentleman) was exceptionally pushy and rude. Before I could fully explain my situation, he cut me off to tell me that waiting times were over an hour (not what I called). When I got an opportunity to ask my question about the delivery status that was marked as delivered, he was upset and said that the app and the order number had no connection to the drivers and that the order number would be useless to him. I came out of the phone with him without knowing the status of my order. Luckily it came a few minutes later. I understand being busy, but customer service should never suffer. I will not be a recurring customer at this point.

Great service, considering that it was only done. Clerk was kind.

It was good food and fast service. My favorite is the Turkey Tom with cheese sprouts. It's amazing!

Excellent service time and time again. Today my husband and I ordered from their delivery service. Our order wasn?t exactly correct so they resent their driver with another order PLUS cookies. I love JIMMY JOHNS.

Driver was very nice when he showed up but unfortunately half of my order was not in the bag. I called the manager Wesley of the store and told them my order was messed up. He let me know the driver was coming right back to me. 45minutes later there is no second delivery so I call the manager Wesley and just ask him to take the charge off of my receipt. He informed me he was unable to even though I had already finished half of my meal and had to wait 45minutes to get the second half of my meal. Wesley the manager was not understanding at all in taking the charge off of my receipt. Terrible customer service. I was a frequent user too, not anymore.
