Krispy Kreme - Birmingham

Decided to use an email promocode to get three dozen sorted. go to the window and try to use code that kerl says in the window, I can only use code for 1 dozen. wellschein clearly said limit 4 dozen. I have shown my email with chiselers. they said we don't want lucas to come back, then we'd be here all day. in the future I simply go to a local food to get any donuts I want.

Excellent customer service was provided by Mark! He was very friendly and helpful! Was a great place to stop on our road trip!

We passed this hidden gem on our way home. We pulled up and I failed to realize the sign on the door had stated ‘Drive Thru Only’ and my son had already barged in by this point. I tried to head back out so that I could get in the drive thru line and they refused to let me do so. They took care of us and also were awesome with my curious kiddo answering his questions about the donut process! Will definitely be back based on attitudes alone.

We drove from Odenville Alabama to the Krispy Kreme at 1st avenue just for Krispy Kreme donuts. We made it there around 9:15 and they were already closing up the store and it clearly says on the door and the website that they are open til 10! We tried to get someone's attention inside but they just kept ignoring us! Well i called Corporate right then! IIts just the fact that we drove all the way down there to get fresh Krispy Kreme donuts y'all!! You got to understand it's not just down the road for us lol!! I think the young lady who helped me at Corporate customer service was named Paradise. She was sooo friendly and apologized for our experience and is sending us a coupon to get a free dozen donuts!!

Lying about hours. Drive a long distance for it to be closed but say open on everything online.
