Mcdonald's - Birmingham

Ordered a large sweet tee on the hardboard thru cost was $1.75; used to be a dollar; guess dollar items are long gone ... and it is the highest among neighboring mc donalds

This McDonald's is horrible. The staff is rude and unorganized. They never have ice coffee in the morning. Their always messing up your order. Plus they can't never use the mobile app codes you give them.

Absolutely stunning drive-through service! We also had fun with the cashiers as well.Issue- Our fries were too salty.Resolved- When I brought this to they're attention, they immediately replaced everything fast and friendly. Best McDonald's for me?

Live near here and have limited options. Terribly service, rude staff, consistently wrong orders, broken machines and consistently bad experience and staff are poorly trained, can't communicate and horrendous customer service. Zero positive I can say about this location

McDonalds LMFAO !! I only stopped by to use the restroom. I wouldn't feed that McCrap to anyone or anything. McMeat .....seriously. If the food looked like the pictures they use to sell you their products I might give it a try. Maybe a fry or two but those grey-ish sausage patty looking pieces of what they are pushing just ain't me. I own a grill and love a great burger so I know what a true 1/2 lb. Burger looks like. McD's isn't it. Sorry boys and girls you ain't gonna get it there. BTW the restroom needed some serious attention also.
