Contribuisci feedbackWe ordered an MnM ice cream in the app. When we got to the store, we were told the ice cream machine is down. The kiosk has ice cream available. Then they told us they don't work with the app, we need to contact the app. We were practically scolded by the manager as she rolled her eyes. We were not given any help or suggestions. It was definitely our problem and they did not care. Not one employee was friendly nor helpful. Awful experience. I cant rate food, we didn't get any. The service is the worst. Not even 1 star
I will go here quite often because I work for the hospital and they are usually great but tonight the person that passes the orders out the window was terrible she flat out lied to my face. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and instead she gave me an iced coffee I told her that that was not an iced caramel macchiato she said ? the machine is being cleaned ? so I said okay that?s fine but there is a price difference can I get the difference back.? She said ? let me go look at the receipt? she came back proceeded to pass me the drinks and still didn?t mention anything about the price difference so I said ?well what did the receipt say ?, ? and she just stared at me and asked did I want her to get the manager ? I said yes , I explained to the manager I just wanted the difference in money back. The manager said to the drive thru worker ?you must don?t know how to make a macchiato?? The young lady said no. Sooo you just lied to me for no reason when you could?ve just asked someone to help you make it? So as the manager is making the macchiato I?m telling the young lady to tell the manager it was a large . She says ? yeah she knows ? get the drink and it?s a medium and I ordered a large . please idk if she got mental issues but she don?t need to be in the front of window.
If I could give negative stars I would. Waited in drive thru over an hour only to receive my order with stone cold fries and a rock solid chicken patty that wasn?t even the one that went with my order (I ordered a Spicy DELUXE chicken sandwich). Got back in line waited another hour only to receive the wrong order AGAIN but it was hot and the chicken patty was right but it had JUST PICKLES NOTHING ELSE?lmao really ???????????)The cook walked out in the middle of a rush and I totally understand the young lady was there by herself?however after 2 more employees came in I just knew my order would be correct. They didn?t even offer a complimentary nothing for the inconvenience. Only because I?m sick and was hungry because I hadn?t eaten all day, I didn?t bother to get back in line I just laughed and drove away. They didn?t even bother to apologize it was more like they were irritated and upset that I had the audacity to complain?and I didn?t even get belligerent I was nice and understanding ???????????
Food quality has fallen in the course of the years. mcdonald’s would be the last on my almost food list. sandwiches are always dry frying inside seconds cold, if not already cold when they get them. ? not sure why my grandchildren like them, except a toy in the happy meal. none of the mcdonald’s is worth my time, taste or money. mcdonald uses the bomb? but now it's sad for me. I wish they would bring back the mcdlt who was a great sandwich that mcdonald’s does? you just don't do it for me anymore?
It was very clean. I came to lunch immediately and it was very busy, the customer service was excellent. even though they were busy, they still got my food in time, and the customers who ordered in front of me also.
