Contribuisci feedbackI visited the drive-thru recently and had a disappointing experience. I waited for 25 minutes, and the service was quite slow. When I placed my order, I was surprised to find that the total was almost $3 more than what was advertised on the sign. When I asked the young man about the price discrepancy, he told me that prices had gone up. I was frustrated that I hadn't been informed about this increase. While I won't be returning, I do want to acknowledge that the young man was very polite.
In a previous review, I mentioned that everything was always fresh at this McDonald's. Unfortunately, I have to revise that statement. During my last visit, the food was cold and not up to standard. The fries were so stale that they were nearly inedible. I think I'll drive a bit further or choose a different location next time.
Terrible journey through the service all and all, foul speech poor customers and general social skills. a lot of training is required at this location. I actually have to do it with a manager because she ran the window because I think they could have been shorthanded. but it took 35 minutes to get 4 cars in the line, I was 4th, to the window where I was greeted by bad service, bad packaging and badly made eating, false drinks and foul language, and a bad attitude in general. I think I'll wait for a couple of employees to come by before I return. not fair, even decent representation far from mcdonalds.
The food was decent, but I've noticed that their accuracy with drive-thru orders is about 50%, and it often favors them. Half the time, my order is missing items.
Great customer service just super super slow. I have came here a total of 4 times with mobile order and all 4 times it took me 45 mins in the drive through!
