Milo's Hamburgers - Birmingham

I must say, this Milo's location is delightful and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. They even provided me with extra sauce, which is a nice touch that I don't often see at other places. I truly value a restaurant that takes good care of its customers. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit this location yet, you definitely need to check it out!

This location generally does a great job with the food. However, I ordered a 6-piece nugget and was disappointed with what I received. While I understand that the employees don’t prepare the food themselves, I’m baffled by how this could be considered acceptable.

Milo's consistently delivers great food, maintaining a high quality every time. The only varying factor tends to be the level of service. Most visits are excellent, but today we encountered a few minor issues, which are understandable given the lunch rush, holiday season, and COVID-related staffing challenges. My fries would have been even better with the ketchup I asked for but didn’t receive; however, they were still delicious when paired with Milo’s dipping sauce! I also would have enjoyed my tea more had it come with the 'light ice' I requested, but it was still quite tasty and satisfying. We will definitely return!
