Ming's Cuisine - Birmingham

A certain section about most other Chinese restaurants. the food was delicious, I ordered salt and pfeffer garnel. the garnels tasted fresh, the bed of the spits were fantastic and not too oily, the fried rice was slightly spiced, but still tasty. it is not often a place that has Chinese dishes that tastes home cooked, but I found this with ming 's cuisine.

Best Chinese Restaurant in Alabama that I have tried. I doubt one could ever come close!! The service is excellent and the owners/managers are all that you could ever hope for in a hometown staple. Best egg rolls and H&S soup in the business. I only leave reviews at places I truly love, and this might be the one above them all in this food scene! GO HERE!!!

Very nice Chinese restaurant that’s been in business for a long while. We’ve lived in this area for a while and just recently found out about this place. We’ve come here with a friend who’s Chinese and ordered several dishes that are not on the menu and everything was delicious. That was about a month ago and since then we’ve come to this place several times. I think this place might end up being one of the go-to Chinese restaurants in our area. I highly recommend this place!

I love Chinese food! I know Mings have been in business for a long time, the decor seems to be in with the theme, but unfortunately dated, the food was pleasant, but not what me and my wife expected as in taste flavor The server was outstanding with his table manners and very respectful and helpful with customers, I would recommend a visit ????
