Pizza Hut - Birmingham

The food I had last night was great. the staff was not so much. the man I talked to when I picked up my order was not very polite for me and made me pay for my food again, although I had paid for them over the app before the arrival with google pay. he didn't offer any solutions to find out what went wrong.

First pizza didn’t have any sauce on it and it didn’t have the additional toppings I paid for. The replacement pizza was just terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Was treated very rude and also threatened to have police called all because the cashier charged me for the wrong order. After viewing the receipt and telling the cashier several times that he had the wrong name he kept repeating to me no that is you you told me your name is (the name on receipt) I repeatedly asked the cashier why would you continue to tell me I’m somebody I’m not. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager then jumped in defensive to the cashier not trying to hear me ouThe or get to the truth because I guess her cigarette break was disturbed. There was one lady however that did try to help but I didn’t get her name. I was treated very rude , put out the store for asking for what I ordered and was willing to pay for. This was very embarrassing causing anxiety to the fullest. I have never in my life experienced such embarrassment. The cashier thought it was funny and when I asked for corporate number he wrote down a 800 number on a cup and continued to laugh. I still have the receipt to email to corporate. The cashier even lied saying they attempted to bring me 3 pizzas. I would like the Area manager to run the cameras again and see I was never actually handed any pizza. One pizza was set on the counter and was never confirmed to be mine. Very very disgusting behavior. Also, the manager never bothered looking at the receipt to see I was charged incorrectly and mistaken for another person. Still have the receipt the manger claim to have refund me but refunded me 18 I was charged 19.75 again mistaken for the wrong personwould like for the Area Manager to contact me ASAP

This used to be my favorite location. Went today and paid $22 for a large pizza. Toppings were skimpy (counted 5 mushrooms on a large. Pizza didn't taste freshly made. Tasted like frozen pizza. Usually pizza is delicious from here but not today. With what they charge at least it should be good. Very disappointed, today was my birthday. Would have been better off going to little ceasers but I love the pizza hut.

My wings were cold and hard but everything else was great....
