Satterfield’s - Birmingham

The restaurant stopped with an open table, but never disturbed us. We arranged for three different babysitting for our children (3 couples were reserved for dinner), drove there and Valet parked just to find out that they had no reservation for us. I asked them if they transferred the reservations and they said they had done it, but not ours. I asked why they did not come to me (for this reason I set my number) and the manager barked to me “how could I use if we didn’t use this system”. Horrible management with very little attention to their customers.

Excellent food-five-star service make Satterfield is a GREAT place to dive!

Beautiful ambience and good service. Our food was good, but for the price, I expected it orgasm. I had the red snapper.

Food and service was excellent, but the mixed alcoholic drinks could use some improvements.

It very difficult to find because it’s one way to approach venue. Valet parking was nice. The young lady sat us down in the back. Crystal, our server was phenomenal. She knew her menu and that she didn’t know she research and came back promptly to provide info. The food was limited and no options to substitute. We at from the “starter “ menu as a result. The atmosphere was comfy and the area was small yet pleasant. I would visit again, but not soon.
