Starbucks - Birmingham

The location has become extremely slow and seems to close at the most unusual times. For takeout service, I’d rate it a 1 out of 5. The meal type was some other option, and the price per person was around $1 to $10.

Is this store now closing randomly on Sundays? I just visited during business hours, and there was no one there. There was no sign indicating they were closed, and the drive-thru was just a line of cars with no staff in sight. Also, the “Contact Us” page doesn’t work, so Starbucks, please don’t just direct me to leave feedback there. I’m looking for a real answer, not an automated response.

Not open at 6:10am when google says you open at 530? Either get your Google info together or have your employees show up on time. From everything else I hear about this Starbucks, it’s one of the worst in B’ham. I guess it’s just mis-managed.

They were out of some ingredients for my drinks and claimed it would taste the same, but it didn't.
