Taco Bell - Birmingham

The event across the city was quite festive, but unfortunately, the service was slow. Not all the items were available on the main menu, which was disappointing. It would be helpful if the cashiers were better informed about the items they sell. Overall, the food was good, earning a score of 4 out of 5.

I recently tried the Mexican pizza and was disappointed to find it barely had any meat on it—just a teaspoon spread across the pizza, and I didn't order it to be so sparse. I also ordered the donut holes, which were supposed to come in a set of four, but I only received two and had to go back to get the other two. When I did finally get them, they were hard, as if they had been left out all day. Given my experience, I don’t plan on returning anytime soon, or even this year. I spent over $31 for three people, and with rising prices and declining service and food quality, it just doesn't make sense.

One of the slowest places I've been to. I can't understand why they keep the cars waiting for a full 12 minutes in the drive-thru when there are only two cars ahead.

After hours they have the longest line they have ever seen, but great eating

Clean environment and customer service was good!! I bought some soft tacos and they were plentiful with meat and ingredients!!
