The Lab definitely lives up to its name! They have unique experimental takes on the many dishes they serve. We ordered the hummus, ceasar salad, lamb shank, mountain chicken, and champagne custard parfait for desert. The restaurant didnt have many guests when we visited, but the service was incredible. The entrées were fantastic and the parfaits were phenomenal! The ceasar salad's dressing is unique as it is blended with cherry tomatoes and spices. It is a must try. The
Horrible service. Creamed spinach is spinach in milk. Meat cooked properly?.nope. 15-20 min per service encounter?.unless you can?t go anywhere else, do eat here.
I?m in the service industry so I have more patience and understanding than most people, but this place was awful. After dinner orders were made we did not see our server till dinner was served (had to go to the bar to get another beer) My ?Chef?s Board? was a lunchable for $16 $22 for a Caesar salad that consisted of romaine lettuce, half a breast of chicken and a small ramekin of dressing. $22 DOLLARSSSSSSSSS The burger was $16 for reference 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Last two times I have been to this restaurant, it has smelled like a zoo/sewage. We were told it was a 'dirty mop ' from cleaning the floor. Food is great. Service is always good. Wait is a bit longer than usual to eat- don 't be in a hurry to eat here. Never busy at lunch though. Likely won 't return due to the smell.
