I recently visited this restaurant after it was revamped, and unfortunately, I have to say that the service has not improved and they are still making mistakes with the food. I do not recommend going here, as the 50% off deal is reflective of the quality you will receive. I tried to speak to a manager to address my concerns, but they did not come out and I was met with poor customer service. I expressed my disappointment and was thanked for being discreet, but was then told to wait at the back of the queue for better service. I suggest trying Peri Peri King next door for better food and service.

If I were to indulge in a takeaway during this lockdown, it would be from the Perry Barr BJs across from the Crown Cushion. I've never had any issues except for one instance when they forgot to include the onion rings, but they gave them to me for free! The masala fish in nan bread is delicious, but I'll pass on it today and save it for tomorrow. I give it a 5 out of 5 rating because I can't think of anything negative to say about it. Plus, for those who enjoy skinny fries, there's another takeaway nearby that also serves them.

I ordered a pineapple pizza and a chicken donner panini from this restaurant. However, when my order arrived, it was completely wrong. They gave me a cheese and tomato pizza instead of a pineapple one, and the panini only had tomato purée and cheese - no chicken donner. I complained the same evening, and the manager said they would send out the correct food next time I ordered. Despite calling back several times, the customer service representatives keep ending the call on me. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I ordered food last week. When it came they got the order wrong. And then when I spoke to the manager he clearly told me that because his delivery driver has gone home he will make sure that the next time I want food it's on the house! But have I got my food yet???? NO!!!!! Everytime I call them they cut me off!! Rude!! I will be taking this further. If u thinking about ordering food from there. I suggest u dont!!! If u do not want to be disappointed.
