The restaurant is wonderful, with consistently delicious food and exceptional service from the waiter.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, although I was disappointed to learn that the minute steak is no longer on the menu. The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and courteous. This restaurant is definitely my top choice when in Solihull.

Recently Carluccios have changed their menu, and we ordered the steak with rosemary potatoes. This use to come with a side of rocket with balsamic dressing and Parmesan shavings. Which was delicious. It now comes as plain rocket on its own which basically tastes of nothing. So we asked for our usual dressing to be told it’s not on the new menu and this is the way it comes now! Please what is a bit of dressing that completely transforms the flavour! Disappointed and probably won’t order the steak again …. The most expensive item on the menu! All because of a minimal touch of putting dressing on something

I booked a table just to be sure for myself a friend. We were welcomed, shown to our table, given time to peruse the menu once ordered we received our food very quickly. The food was well cooked well presented. We were not hurried in any way so spent a lovely relaxed time there.

The manageress charged me £3.95 for bottled water when I asked for tap water. She was extremely rude and has a terrible attitude towards customers. I was not the only person complaining.
