Jade House - Birmingham

I ordered takeout from this restaurant on Sunday and it was terrible. We ended up throwing most of it away because the spare ribs were dry, the pork in the chop suey was tough and inedible, and the crispy shredded beef was clumped together. I was embarrassed because I had talked up the restaurant before the food arrived. I think they may have changed chefs.

Wrong order. Awful customer service. On a night shift expecting a timely and effective order on a little order and couldn't even do that right! Disgusting. Phone back to say order has parts missing and get accused of being wrong even though we had paid for that order!! Avoid at all costs. Getting told we are lying and did not add food to order and our fault even though it was definitely mentioned! Won't be using again. More concerned that they have finished work and won't be returning. Also avoid looking at online menu. Clearly hasn't been updated and deceiving there customers of actual prices.

Always use this place food is always good,good value for money delivery is usually within 30 mins. Will not go anywhere else. Have used this place for about 5 years now

I frequent Jade House often and I absolutely adore their food. The wait times are always quick, typically between 10-15 minutes, which is just right for me. I plan on continuing to dine here for many more years to come as I thoroughly enjoy the experience.

This is our local Chinese and very happy it is. Always friendly, food is always good and the prices have remained very reasonable because they operate independently. Never go to any other Chinese!
