Kfc - Birmingham

I ordered food at this restaurant, but the burger I received was very cold and undercooked. When I complained to the staff, they gave me another burger that was even worse. I spoke to the team leader in charge, and she told me that the burgers are never hot and the cheese never melts. Additionally, she gave me the wrong refund. The customer service was terrible, with tables never being cleaned and food always being left around. Even when I complained, they never took responsibility or did anything to rectify the situation. Overall, my experience was disgusting.

The kids loved it and it was quite good value as well but the machine to order from was a bit tricky as it kept jumping back and forth

I didn’t go to store I ordered from kfc delivery food came just a bun and a bit of chicken no salad or anything phoned the store oh we haven’t got any we are waiting on delivery WHY ARE YOU OPEN AND SELLING THINGS YOU DONT HAVE . The joke of it is if I want a refund I have to call deliveroo I won’t be eating from you again

We usually avoid ordering from this branch because they always forget something from our order, usually the 8 hot wings from the wicked variety bucket. However, this time we had to order from here as our usual branch was out of gravy. We were pleasantly surprised to find that nothing was missing from our order, but they had given us 4 small gravies instead of the two large ones we had ordered. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It was extremely dry and overcooked, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The selection was also poor, with no legs or breast pieces included, only small, bony scraps that resembled more like ankles and ribcages. We would not recommend this branch.

Walked out after being ignored for ten minutes by staff only interested in serving deliveroo drivers. Will never go back.
