Noor Jahan Exquisite Indian Takeaway

We had our first takeaway tonight from here and we were pleasantly surprised how tasty it was, and delivered spot on the asking time of delivery, well done, will will order again.

Despite phoning in advance of ordering to confirm how long it would take for delivery, so we could make an informed decision given the obvious issue with Covid 19, the greedy muppets lied. Promising 1hr it took well over 2 hrs for the food to arrive. When we queried the whereabouts of our food approaching the 2 hr mark we were told it would be another 15 mins and given an excuse that they were “very busy”. Well no s**t Sherlock! If you can’t service the customers orders you’ve already got don’t take on more orders you greedy money grabbing liars. Sadly they also completely cocked up the order. My vegetable jalfrezi, arrived with a lid saying veg balti, which would have been ok until i spooned it onto my plate only to discover it was actually a lamb something or other. We fell out with these divvys a few years ago and promised never to go back but as our usual places are closed due to corona we thought we’d give them another shot. Sadly they are still as c**p as they’ve always been. Avoid!

Used this a few years ago regular and was all ways second to none superb food then went downhill tried it 2 weeks ago and was good but have used it today again 8/17/2019 and both meals awfull gone to the bin never EVER will use again

My 2nd visit for takeaway food really nice fresh, specially biryanis are my favourite, I recommend this takeaway

Always find we have a nice take away from here. Do a good week evening set menu which is very reasonable. Have to wait a while for delivery at times and we have had our order cancelled once which is always disappointing. Always return though as food is great.
