The White Swan - Birmingham

I recently visited The White Swan for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the service was prompt even on a busy Saturday night. We also enjoyed spending some time in the bar area after dinner, which had a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes before having to approach a waiter to order drinks. It appeared that they were more focused on cleaning tables rather than attending to customers.

I have visited the White Swan with friends and family numerous times. Recently, I decided to make a last-minute reservation for a table for two on a Saturday night. I used the online booking platform 'OpenTable' which was simple and convenient. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal.

Very poor vegan options. Interesting that all chips/ potatoes are cooked in the same oil as all fish. I would have expected a high end gastro pub to provide vegan friendly fries!
