They don't have an administrator there. It's impossible to get through and make a reservation. I tried calling for two days, but no one answered.

There probably shouldn’t even be ratings below five stars, but this place has truly hit rock bottom. It’s absolutely terrible. Not only do they serve awful food, but the attitude is equally atrocious—rude behavior from the waiter, the administrator, and even some high-strung manager who thought it was okay to grab me by the elbow and pull me out of the hall while I was talking to the administrator. What kind of service is this??? Seriously, everyone at this place needs to go back to their hometown or at the very least learn some basic etiquette.
