Tasty homemade food and good chat. tara went out of her way to make me welcome even if she was close right before. it was like I wanted to eat in a friend's kitchen. fantastic vegetarian options also.

I’m so glad Tara’s restaurant is nearby! We reserved a special birthday meal for six, which included a delicious fresh cake and large, house-made samosas. We enjoyed three curries that I chose: mutton, chicken with eggplant, accompanied by rice, chutney, and raita. Tara offers banquets that she prepares for customers to enjoy at home, but we opted to create our own! The café itself is cozy and showcases beautiful artwork. What a talented woman!

Tiara is the perfect host—an incredibly charming woman who engages her guests in delightful conversation while preparing their meals. The dining experience was divine, featuring a wonderful mix of vegan and meat dishes that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend trying everything on the menu, as all the food is amazing! The homemade chutneys are vibrant, and the cake and coffee are exquisite. The entire place is immaculate, and guests can also bring their own wine. This has become our favorite spot in Bischofsschloss!

We enjoyed a delightful experience with freshly prepared Indian cuisine at a cozy, charming café. Unfortunately, we arrived too late for the famous samosas (once they're gone, they're gone!), but the wobbles and spinach bhaji were exceptional, served with a wonderfully tasty homemade chutney and yogurt. As if that wasn't enough, we also ordered a veggie curry. I was concerned that after the fantastic bhaji, I wouldn't have room left, but it was so delicious that I polished off my plate! We'll definitely be back soon!

Well, we ended up with a private (covid 19 friendly approved) dining experience with the lovely Tahira. We couldn't fault the food or the company. A lovely evening and introduction to Bishop's Castle.
