Bishop's Falls Irving Circle K Restaurant

The Irving Big Stop is a friend on the way to most occasions, but this was under the Big Stop standard. The quality of the foods and portions had to meet the Irving standard. The service was not there for our convenience, but its... It wasn't a good visit.

We stayed here on the trip over the island for the first real meal of the day to dinner time, and ordered a burger and pommes with Gravy. Our frits were cold, soggy cooked from frozen. The burger was overcooked and the engraving tasted like... he came out of a can. I usually like the Irving restaurants, and we went to another restaurant to come to this, looking forward to a good meal, but was very disappointed. The service was also something to wish.

My family went to dinner where I had a riot, and my wife had pea soup. We both thought our meal was good. Service was pretty good and it was a good experience overall.

I and my partner went here for breakfast. We've eaten in hundreds of these restaurants all over the country and never had a problem. We both wanted sandwiches, but we wanted white toast. We had no substitutions, we had to have an English muffin or bagel. We ask the manager and declare that this was our normal breakfast order in other Irving restaurants, he said well, his restaurant has no substitutions, no matter how small. He was rude, ugly, arrogant and lacked in professionalism. He said if we want white toast, do we have to order it in addition to our sandwich?? Terrible terrible service. It wasn't the waiting staff, they only did what he told them. He should never deal with the public, no human skills. We left without breakfast as he was so rude and abrasive

We have been coming to this spot a number of times over the years. We have found the food, portion sizes and service to be quite good. Normally my wife will have the Clubhouse and Fries.I always have the Breakfast Special which is served 24/7....Yet to be disappointed.
