My sisters surprise party at this place about the past weekend. the atmosphere was great and the staff was extremely helpful and accentuated. it was mainly served by sami that was efficient and a great advantage for the dog head. Thank you!
On the plus side, despite the busy atmosphere, I ordered through the app, and the service was impressively quick. We did have one hiccup, as we waited 20-30 minutes for our drinks ordered via the app. However, when we spoke to the manager, she was very apologetic and graciously offered us a complimentary drink to make up for the delay. The food and drinks were delightful and reasonably priced—definitely something I would recommend. Despite the minor issues, I’ve discovered a fantastic new local spot in Stortford, and I will certainly be returning soon!
One of my favorite Moat Pubs in Stortford offers a more relaxed atmosphere away from the large crowds, making it a great place to unwind. While the staff can be a bit inexperienced, the highlight of this pub is definitely the shuffleboard table, which is perfect for enjoying a game with friends while sipping a cold pint. The location on the high street is excellent, and the friendly staff enhances the experience. Plus, there are plenty of LED TVs featuring Sky Sports for those looking to catch some football while they enjoy their time.
I had my first lunch out after the restrictions were lifted on April 12th. I tried the California burger with sweet potato fries, which is a new addition to the menu. It tasted far better than the classic English burger I used to have. I absolutely loved it!
