Contribuisci feedbackPretty poor service. Delivery guy couldn't find my address so made me hunt him down and was very shouty/frustrated on phone. Several sides/extras were all missing, dude called me a liar even with the order in front of him. He called the restaurant to confirm and said will take all food away and come back in an hour with it complete... I told him to just refund the missing stuff he said was impossible and left. Called the restaurant who told me I'd have to send all the food back if I wanted any refund.. it was already being eaten so obviously we didn't. it's been a long time and still no replacement for the missing items and I'm guessing no refund is coming... Yeah food was still good but service is poor. And we're out of pocket.
Order was absolutely rubbish, hardly any chicken on the pizza, it was lukewarm, and the delivery driver looked like he was going to top himself he looked so miserable. Emailed dominos to delete my account from their system as I won't be bothering with that rubbish place anymore.
30 minutes after we was told that our pizzas were out on delivery, we was told that a cyclist tried to take them (even tho it’s -1 outside) and then had to wait another 20 minutes for a driver to deliver them. Naturally the pizzas were stone cold and half my toppings were on the lid of the box where it’s been squashed. Absolutely shocking service!!!
Six stars! Huge thanks to the Eastleigh Domino's staff, I made a mistake with my order (completely my own fault) they sorted it out no questions asked in a quick and friendly manner. Excellent service
Tried charging me £8 more for requesting no tomato base on a pizza deal??? How does that work! Never ever had a problem before unil today! We be contacting head office.
