Very busy, backed up, and slow... Seemingly because of short staff. Everyone was professional, and the food was as fresh as I've ever had at a Wendy's. You know it's fresh when you get a burger and the cold stuff is noticably still cold while the hot is still hot. Very good. Hopefully they can get more staff. I was still in, ate, and out in under 25 minutes. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

GO TO MCDONALDS INSTEAD!! Traveling and stopped in to grab dinner to go. I paid in cash but was shorted 74 cents due to they not having any coins. Not that 74 cents is going to break the bank but just shows the incompetence of management not to have change and the customer has to pay. Instead of giving me back change rounded up to the next dollar (good customer service) and the store be short instead of the customer paying for management’s incompetence. Total lack of customer service and incompetent management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
(Slow night , no cars in line) Went thru drive thru to place an order and was told “I can’t take your order can you come in” Told her I have 2 babies in my car she said well I can’t take your order. My thought was to go off because I’ve worked in customer service for YEARS and that was unacceptable, you definitely have on a headset and can use the register up front to ring up my order but was the bigger person and I drove off. Note to Bishopville Wendys , Please hire employees that actually wanna work . Service: 1
