Arby's - Bismarck

I work close to this place so I stop there 4 to 5 times a month im no longer going here I haven't had a single order right they are always forget something or messing something up even had the give my food to someone else and stood there for 40m waiting for my food for the person to come up and say they got the wrong order then the employee looks at me and goes there's ur food... They can't keep anyone so nobody knows what there doing... Don't recommend going at all

I honestly love this place and the people are awesome! A huge thank you for always doing a perfect job! Went there yesterday the people in the drive-thru were very helpful and attentive all while training in a new person! Keep up the good work!

I got the Turkey sandwich the last time I went through here. I looked after I ate a few bites of it and the lettuce was blackish brown. I called to let them know and they offered to give me a free meal but No Thanks, I just really wanted them to check their lettuce before slapping it on a sandwich. Thanks.
