Brick Oven Bakery - Bismarck

Great experience. We tried an assortment of items, veggie quiche, cruffin, ham and cheese croissant, caramel roll, and apple Danish. I am not a big ham eater, but that ham and cheese croissant was amazing. Highly recommend.Cruffin!! Oh, the cruffin. Just get one and enjoy it!Drive thru is another great feature, too. Love the rustic loon inside of the building.You can also navigate a wheelchair, a little tight but doable. Bathrooms are easy to find and access.Staff is friendly and patient.

Everything about the Brick Oven was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff was very nice. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people. We Love The Brick Oven!!!

I am continually impressed with the quality of Brick Oven Bakery! Their pastries are so fresh, flaky, and delicious and they offer a wide variety of flavors! When you step in it feels like you’re in a European cafe! There is pleasant music and you can see the bread and pastries being prepared which is cool! There is also outdoor seating! Coffees aren’t too sweet and have nice flavor. We make sure to stop here every time we’re traveling through, we would definitely recommend!

Great spot to check out in downtown Bismarck. We all got something different (breakfast sandwich, blueberry scone, basil lemon pasta salad) and were impressed with the baked goods. Inside and outside setting, with Parisian inspired chairs.

What a gem in Bismarck! I 've been to several coffee shop type of establishments throughout the world and this is one of my favorites. Coffee, drink selection, pastries, and atmosphere....ALL EXCELLENT!!
