Pancheros Mexican Grill - Bismarck

This restaurant is a disappointment. They should have a Chipotle nearby. The portions of meat are small, leaving you mainly with bread and rice to eat. The rice doesn't taste fresh.

It's really good food. Fresh made in front of you. Basically operates like subway but for burritos quesadillas and stuff like that. Foods pretty good food the price. Only downsides I have is that im not a fan of the layouts making it a pain to navigate if it gets crowded. Other then that the food is amazing!

The lady that made our quesadilla was so pleasant. I’m not sure of her name but she was great. Our quesadilla was amazing as well.

Lately it's Then a bunch of kids who don't care. The food's all dried out and ready to close down by 8:30 PM. This time I went there and there's a kid with a straw hanging out of his mouth while hes working chewing on it. So disgusting and unsanitary. I told him This and he just said I'm only chewing on it and there's no spit in it. He continued to chew on it while he worked on people's food and checked people out. Very unsanitary, disrespectful and immature on his part.

Due to the quality of food that is available the last 3 times I went in the evening has been Old: Beans, Rice, chicken. Basically your main ingredients are not being stirred or swapped out for fresh food. Tired of driving to be disappointed by my expectations
