That should be the worst hungry jack I've ever visited. the order line was long, but they must exclude it during the midday period. it is the pick-up line that was far longer, not because it was too busy, but because...the orders were sent wrong. a gentleman waited 10 minutes for his hamburger, then went back to complain that it was not the hamburger he ordered. while she was waiting for a worker to ask what number I had, she went on to collect my order. other customers were not very impressed. two went to the theke to complain only to say from a coworker “to overstand it.” extremely unprofessional. Although this restaurant is very convenient for our travel, there is luck for us to eat another restaurant and I refuse to waste 8 minutes to buy water when the restaurant and the tankstelle professional serve.
During our trip to the north coast, we decided to try this restaurant for breakfast instead of our usual stop at Heatherbrae McDonald's. I ordered a breakfast with an egg and sausage muffin, hash brown, and coffee, which was delicious. The staff and service were top-notch.
We have stopped here for lunch because my dame (replaced 24 years in Australia) had never tried a hungry jack’s and I told her that it was a ritual of state citizenship. she had a chicken burger with which she was good, but not excited, but she doesn't like bark. I had an aussie burger meal. this was like a trip down at night until 1971, when I was the first in Australia, because it was like a traditional hamburger, but with a pee root and an egg and I'm not sure what else. nearly 50 years ago is what they served when they asked for a hamburger, and they only had to wait 20 minutes when they had luck. I liked this burger, but I wouldn't make a special trip for another. the place was clean and the service fast and friendly, so we had nothing to complain.
We stopped for lunch, but it felt more like afternoon tea with how long it took to receive our cold food. There were two people at the counter, one person at the window, and I'm not sure how many in the back. Despite it being a school holiday, the service was still slow. The food was terrible and the customer service was equally bad.
