The Grey Mare Inn - Blackburn

I had the braided lamb, and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. We dined here on Easter Sunday, and despite our group of 11, our food was served promptly. I also tried some cocktails, which were delightful. However, others mentioned that their bratwurst was a bit dry. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant.

The grey mare is our favorite restaurant and tonight we were treated to more great food, service and hospitality. we enjoyed their classic cheese and swirl cakes and lasagne, followed by the most incredible mouth-watered profiterols served with whipped cream and with fresh skyberries (a great taste combination.) the profiteroles were chilled so that the dish had an incredible taste and texture. I always say that it must be successful for a restaurant in a remote location. the gray mare is the absolute proof of it!

A huge thank you to everyone at the pub for making my baby shower such a wonderful day. The venue is stunning, and I couldn't have imagined a better atmosphere. The food and service were exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the ideal spot to host a celebration or event. Thank you once again!

Excellent pub with incredible view and landscape. parking not large, smooth surface, but single track, and small spaces, terrible for large cars. usually very busy, as slow as it is filled with blind pedestrians and rides. pub itself is much bigger than it looks inside. very cozy, clean and light. full table service, great pub* menu, very fast service, excellent value for money. as pub* it is excellent. remember, is not a meelin with fine culinary experience, do not expect to change a living 10 curs culinary experience.
