Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant had a foul odor, but we decided to get the food anyway and ate it in the car. The dining area was too smelly. I almost chipped my tooth on a large bone in my double whopper.
I am a big fan of Burger King, and the Blackburn location is the only one nearby. I have always had positive experiences at this branch, until today when I encountered the manageress, Jamie, during the day shift. While sitting by the window, I overheard her disrespecting and undermining her colleagues in a shocking manner. She is a terrible manager and lacks good customer service skills. On the other hand, the young man working at the till and on the microphone is fantastic and always adds some humor to our visits. It is unfortunate to witness how Jamie treated him and her other colleagues in front of us. As a frequent customer of this branch, I urge the management to either transfer, remove, or demote Jamie to a more suitable position and replace her with someone who truly values the customers. This visit was very disappointing and it is a shame to see such behavior at an otherwise great branch.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The burgers were lukewarm and the buns tasted stale, as if they had been defrosted. The tables were dirty and the floor was filthy. The staff looked disheveled and inexperienced. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
Halloumi burger cooked with chicken.No thought what so ever it could easy be changed but they won't.
Waited in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes to receive the chips being cold and the burger was disgusting and the bacon looked undercooked and not appetising. Awful service and food. Will not be coming back anytime soon.
