After calling and speaking to Faiz he gave me his managers number which was actually another workers wife’s number. No joy. Then rang back and said they would send fresh food but waiting 1 hour and now 12 midnight they closed without sending me food.
First the positive thier grilled chicken is ace..best in blackburn. Shame about thier phone line. Awful crackling. Cant hear a word he s saying. Max background noise. Complain to provider or change provider. Awful line has to be said.
I recently visited this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. It seems like the ownership must have changed because the staff behind the counter seemed clueless. The drink selection was limited to 7up, Pepsi, and Diet Pepsi, with empty shelves. The food was also a letdown - we tried five different meals and each one was worse than the last. The spicy chicken wings were dry and tough, the 2-piece chicken was overly salty and tough, with black spots on the meat. Even the chicken popcorn my son had was dry. Normally I would speak to the owner or manager to address these issues, but the staff were arguing amongst themselves and I could tell they wouldn't listen to me. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had.
Never fails to amaze everytym we stop in blckburn for a qwik stop this is the place fast service and never had any problems (try the sizzler burgers
Lovely space upstairs to eat for family Staff are polite and helpful Pizzas and burgers were just perfect Thanks Chester’s will return again
