Costa Coffee - Blackburn with Darwen

The coffee was excellent and the staff were very kind and friendly at this restaurant. It was quite busy, especially in the morning, but the staff were efficient and professional. The cakes were delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Use this outlet 3-4 times a week and always receive a warm welcome from the staff the manager. Gets busy at times but they seem to cope well but the standard of service never slips and the quality of the coffee and cakes is worthy of praise. Good work, good service. Over and out....Mike Sheila

Nice cakes,poor sandwiches and ok coffee at rip off prices far to expensive for the quality and quantity of food you get.

I am thrilled to find gluten-free options for savory food at this restaurant. The chicken Caesar wrap was delicious, allowing me to enjoy something other than cake when I visit. The staff at Darwen are friendly, talkative, and always willing to provide plates.

The coffee is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One staff member even went above and beyond to assist us with directions.
