Mcdonald's Restaurants

When we arrived, we were informed that we needed to wait in line to order at the counter. However, there was no employee present where the line was supposed to be. The restaurant seemed chaotic and disorganized. I do not plan on returning to this McDonald's anytime soon.

The service at this restaurant was fast, the staff was pleasant, and the food was excellent. I only waited a few minutes for my order to be brought to me at the table I had chosen, which is impressive for a Saturday when most tables were reserved. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and am an expert on cheeseburgers. The taste of my cheeseburger was just as delicious as it has always been over the years. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff takes extra precautions to ensure a safe dining experience. The team at this restaurant in Blackburn Town does excellent work, and I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!

I visited the McDonald's in Blackburn city center, on König William St. I ordered a veggie burger and fries. The woman at the counter told me they didn't have a veggie burger at the moment. I asked if there was another vegetarian option as I am vegetarian, and she said there was none available. A friend ordered a salad that had brown edges, indicating it was not fresh. The Filet-O-Fish sandwich was disappointing, lacking sauce and containing a small piece of fish. The overall quality did not match the high price. I was shocked by the limited vegetarian options and the poor quality of the food. I decided to eat elsewhere and will not be returning to this McDonald's location. I do not recommend it to others either. It's better to find food elsewhere unless you want to pay more for subpar meals.

Use this place regularly as our Masters of Martial Arts Academy is right above the restaurant. Staff are mostly friendly and the food service is quick. Our students love it as after a training session it’s convenient for a treat. Not sure the parents agree...though!

I visited here at while waiting for the bank to open. Got served quickly as quiet at this time on a Wednesday morning. When you place your order at the till they have an electronic display which is just adverts. Wouldn't it be a...better idea to display your order here then you know they've got it right. There was a lady going round constantly sweeping and cleaning but would benefit from a deep clean especially under tables and the condiments area. The food was good.
