Pepe's - Blackburn with Darwen

Really bad customer service order a chicken and rice meal didn't give chips drink and sayces rang back up and they said wait until the next day and come and get the remaining chips drink what was I supposed to do leave the food till the next day to eat

I order a mf burger meal and yara they give me a sh*tty wrap meal I come home all the way from Blackburn to Accrington I get ready to much on my shi and I realised they got my order wrong the guy on the phone goes you said it wrong and started waffling he goes come back we give you your burger come give back the Wrap like imma go all the way back just for that

Absolutely filthy, I’m surprised it’s not been shut down. Won’t be going again. Food was cold, but probably wouldn’t be too bad if it was warm. Service slow even though we ate in.

My friend and I had a terrible experience with Pepe. We ordered through Just Eat and called the restaurant to give specific instructions. When our food was delayed, we called again and were told it was on its way. Despite reminding them of the instructions, the driver did not follow them. When we called to complain, Pepe insisted they had given the instructions to the driver. The driver claimed he was not told anything, leading to confusion. Ultimately, the restaurant admitted their mistake and apologized to the driver for not passing along the instructions. We were disappointed by the miscommunication and lies we were told. Our experience with this takeaway was awful and we will not be returning.
